Why move when you can wait quietly at home ?
Our deliveries are handled by professionals in order to increase the efficiency of our service, we appreciate that you recycle the packaging. We do not return packaging.

Our standard service, offered within 100km radius, includes unpacking of your purchases, installation of mirrors on dressers and table bases.

Our White Glove Service includes:

  • Complete installation of appliances if necessary;
  • Removal of all packaging;
  • Cleaning of the room after delivery;
  • Moving of your furniture;
  • And recycling of your old furniture.
White Gloves Service

All purchases should be paid before delivery. If you prefer to pay with the Lions credit card, the card holder should be present at the delivery with 2 pieces of identification one with photo. This is to protect you against fraud.

If you are absent during your confirmed delivery, additional charges will be charged to your invoice. Our delivery services are based on a standard delivery. If your delivery requires more than 2 delivery men, additional charges will be added.

Our insurance does not allow the delivery men to manipulate or move items other than the furniture being delivered. The delivery men do not assemble items that are not assembled nor will they assemble any items to the electricity or plumbing. On all our delivered items you will benefit by having three (3) days to inspect and advise us from any damage. Our After Sale Department will be pleased to serve you as soon as possible.

If you prefer to leave with the merchandise, we suggest that you fully inspect it because we will not be responsible for any damages that have occurred during your transportation.

Recycling

Unless otherwise mentioned, we do not take the old merchandise to eliminate the accumulation of products in the landfill sites. However, we can refer you to a recycling agency. Together, we can live in a better world.
